When your brain gets the message that its reserves are being depleted, it sends out hunger signals. Your reaction is to come to its rescue &#8211; usually with some high-calorie food. The result is weight gain.</p>
<p>Having stopped taking sugar you may feel the need to have something sweet &#8211; you&#8217;d be unusual if you didn&#8217;t. If you choose a sugar supplement like saccharin or aspartame you are making an error.</p>

<p>Scientists at Perdue University carried out experiments with animals, some of whom were fed food containing natural sweeteners and others with food containing artificial sweeteners. Over the same period those animals fed with artificial sweeteners consumed more calories and gained more weight than those fed with natural sweeteners. Why? Because our bodies have learned to associate sweetness with food loaded with calories. When the calories don&#8217;t materialize we continue to eat to make up for the shortfall in expected calorie intake &#8211; the result &#8211; weight gain. You can&#8217;t fool your body!</p>
<p>So what about sugar? The best thing to do is to reduce sugar intake gradually, but most importantly, avoid artificial sweeteners.</p>

<p>With some 90% of women in the United States having some degree of cellulite on their body it&#8217;s no wonder they want to get rid of it.  Exercise and eating right can be done properly and the unsightly bumps can still never seem to go away.  There is one newer solution to this problem.  It is a new treatment called Lipodisolve and it is a great alternative to liposuction.  The drug that makkes up the lipodisolve injection is called phosphatidyclcholine.  It is injected into the fatty areas and helps to break down fat deposits and can help to eliminate that unwanted cellulite.</p>
<p>Many women that have used topical creams will most likely be the first in line to tell you that they do not have any effect on cellulite.  The problem is that they don&#8217;t seem to down far enough into the skin to actually work.  This is what makes lipo disolve so great because it is injected directly into the fatty tissue areas.  The drug is believe to trick the body into breaking down the cellulite and kicking it out of the body.  It has not really yet been proven if the fat is actually expelled from the body or not so more research needs to be conducted on this to make a determination.</p>
<p>For those that have put forth some serious effort into exercising and dieting and they just have not worked this is where lipodisolve comes into play.  Lipo disolve has been around for about 10 years and there have not been any major side effects from the treatment come about yet.  The drug phosphatydycholine has been used to treat cardiac disease in the past and it now used in the lipodisolve treatments.  Another great thing about this treatment is that it can be done just about anyone from the knees up.  Some common areas it is done is the stomach, thighs, buttocks, and under the chin.</p>
<p>The lipodisolve treatments are generally conducted by someone who is a licensed professional.  The treatment is conducted by injecting the drug into the desired area.  One of the great things is that recovery from the lipodisolve treatment is really minimal.  There isn&#8217;t really any reason for people to not go directly back to their normal activities.  Each area being treated usually requires 3 or 4 different treatments in order for this to be effective.  The patients need to do exercise and continue to eat well for maximum effectiveness.</p>
<p>Since the treatments began 10 years ago there have really not been any side effects noted.  It is fair to say that long term effects of the lipo disolve treatments are not really known because of the short time period they ahve been around.  It is safe to say that most patients will experience some mild bruising and swelling around the areas that were treated with the drug.</p>
<p>The cost of each treatment will vary in cost based on several factors.  These factors include the size of the area being treated and the location of the area being treated.  There are statistics showing that 9 out of 10 people are satisfied with the results from lipo disolve, but you should be aware that this will not work for everyone.</p>
<p>Lipodisolve is not safe for pregnant women, those planning on being pregnant within 6 months, breast feeding women, people with liver or kidney disease, or an autoimmune disease.  It is always important to consult with a physician and do extensive research concerning your candidacy before undergoing this treatment.</p>

<p>Hundreds of products come out every single day claiming to help you burn fat and build muscle in minutes, days or weeks. These products never work! And you know it. You either end up using that product and screwing yourself up, or you listen to others who bought the product and screwed themselves up.</p>
<p>There certainly are good ones out there too but very rarely will you find one that helps you stay lean for over a year while allowing you to actually enjoy your life. Most of these routines are easily adapted by your body in like 5 to 8 sessions of the same workout over and over again. These routines usually provided a plan that will only last for like a month or two. What then?</p>
<p>It is simple logic that muscle burns fat. Have you seen muscular people getting fat easily? If you build more muscle, your body will use the fat as energy and everything else to help sustain the muscle and increase muscle growth. So why focus on cardio and aerobics when you can focus on building muscle that will automatically help burn the fat?</p>
<p>1. Always go for exercises that target major muscles like the Back, Legs, Chest. Doing exercises for these muscles work all the other muscle fibers at the same time. This gives greater growth for the less but highly intense effort! Deadlifts are more intense than doing leg presses.</p>
<p>2. If you want real muscle growth, you need to work hard in every workout. Go to your max. Compete against yourself in your previous workout. If you did 8 reps Bench Press with 150 lbs last week, go for 9 or 10 reps with the same weight in your next workout. Or increase your weight and train to failure. Keep progressing in every workout.</p>
<p>3. Stick to fruits, vegetables, nuts, whole grain carbs and lean protein if you really want to burn fat and build muscle at the same time. If you keep eating junk just so you can put on weight, you will end up gaining fat while building muscle. That is an ugly picture.</p>
<p>4. If you want to get great results, you need to take a week off every 8 to 10 weeks. This rest is necessary for your body to prevent injury and overtraining. Believe me, you will burn fat and build a lot of muscle even in your week off since your body finally has the chance to repair weeks of intense training.</p>
<p>5. When it comes to machines or bodyweight, always go for bodyweight. You&#8217;ll be surprised at the results. Unless you want to work the abs using a cable machine for kneeling crunches or cable chops, you are btter off getting super effective results using free weights and body weight movements than using machines no matter how expensive they are!</p>
<p>These 5 tips are all you need to get a jump start in your goal to burn fat and build lean muscular physique in the shortest time possible. All you need is focus and persistence to fight for what you deserve.</p>

<p>What is your attitude when things get tough? Do you retreat and hope things will just get better? Do you believe that every cloud has a silver lining and it will be all right in the end? When things are bad they always see worse than they are. Sometimes they are, of course, but problems in bad times are always magnified.</p>
<p>Read the newspapers or watch the news on television and you would think the world was going to end. Armageddon is just around the corner&#8230;or is it? Probably not.</p>
<p>Wearing rose colored glasses when things are tough is not very sensible, but we do need to find some sort of balance. If we don&#8217;t, the decisions we take are going to be the wrong ones.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s an alarming fact that we take decisions on 5% of the available information. The message is clear. We need develop our awareness and start to ask more questions. We need to season our diet of bad news with a few facts.</p>
<p>We could make things so much better for ourselves if we asked more questions. The more questions you ask, the better able you are to be able to make informed decisions.</p>
<p>For some strange reason, few of ask questions about our health and about weight in particular. If we&#8217;re overweight, we are reluctant to bring the subject up. We feel vulnerable. Instead we continue with the behaviors that made us overweight in the first place, and hope the problem goes away &#8211; which it doesn&#8217;t. Soon the day dawns when the bill has to be paid.</p>
<p>There&#8217;s a great similarity with the current financial crisis.  Doing things that are not in your long-term interest, living a lie, not being totally honest, being selfish and greedy. it doesn&#8217;t make good reading.</p>
<p>But let&#8217;s not always look on the black side. Maybe every cloud has got a silver lining after all! Let&#8217;s start to look for opportunities. Let&#8217;s take our health, and our weight in particular. If we are slim and healthy we will be in a far better position to deal with whatever is thrown at us than if we were fat or obese. Isn&#8217;t it time we shed all those extra pounds and put our life in order? &#8216;The crunch&#8217; should be the catalyst that stirred us into action: time to change and learn some new habits &#8211; slim habits.</p>

<p>This of course is not the normal situation for the average woman in the street who has many other things to sort out before any weight loss after pregnancy can even be considered. A great deal of strain is placed on a woman when she gives birth so initially she really should be looking at recovering by ensuring she maintains a healthy diet. This sort of diet will enable her to regain her strength and also improve her energy levels so it should not exceed 2,000 calories per day; the food she eats should consist of:</p>
<p>* Carbohydrates should be half the daily intake * Protein (30 percent) * Ten percent intake of fats</p>
<p>This will typically allow for a few of the mothers favorite foods which she should be allowed to enjoy after everything she has been through. As busy as a new mother is, it is still advisable for her to make an effort to get some moderate exercise and work towards a gradual increase in stamina, muscle tone, and overall fitness. The exercise doesn&#8217;t have to be anything that is heavy, moderate and regular are the key aspects here as this way you will also enjoy it, although you won&#8217;t start seeing the benefits immediately.</p>
<p>Weight loss after pregnancy should be gradual so don&#8217;t compete with other people as it will depend greatly on just how many pounds you added and many other factors. There are a number of physical and psychological changes that a new mother will experience after the birth of a child and can have an effect on how quickly those pounds are lost. To achieve the best results when trying to lose weight after pregnancy is to take things steadily by maintaining that diet you started; and continue exercising but keeping an eye on how quickly the weight is coming off as it should be slow but steady.</p>
<p>There is no need to rush as fat lost slowly, and muscle tone regained the same way, will be maintained more successfully. But carry on with the exercise every day with the healthy diet and there is no reason why all the weight that was put on should not be lost.
